Shipping

Wholesome Cookie products are baked fresh in small batches. Orders are typically dispatched on Tuesdays unless otherwise stated.

We aim to use overnight delivery where possible across New Zealand, however delivery timeframes are not guaranteed and may vary depending on your location, particularly rural addresses.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided where available.

Freshness & Storage

Our cookies are freshly baked and made with real ingredients so they're not the kind that can sit on a shelf for months. They will last in their cellulose packets for about a week at room temperature but are best kept in the fridge for optimum freshness. Cookies may also be frozen.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us promptly and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Allergens & Ingredients

Our products may contain common allergens including nuts, eggs and other ingredients depending on flavour.
